"Second time stay at the family bach, first time in summer and now in winter. Never disappoint! Despite having no tap water on the first night due to record breaking temperature that froze the taps! Staff was very transparent about the whole situation and offered us water to get through the night. Also very helpful and guided us where is safest to park with all the snow around and they clear the roads in the morning for traffic. Best to drive between 10am - 4pm in snow days. Snow chains are not...

"We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable and warm. Loved the shower room which seemed freshly renovated. Lovely attention to detail with bright decorative elements whoch make for a cosy stay, nice offering of tea and coffee making facilities too."

"What a disgrace of a business!! Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail. We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in. Staff were not hospitable at all, acted like we were an inconvenience, and that's putting it mildly. Room was freezing cold with an ineffective wall heater that did nothing. "A fairly new big condo unit in a rancher building with three other smaller units. Would be great for a larger group. Clean and good kitchen. While it has a fireplace the rules for using it are so extreme don't count on that being part of the experience. We didn't get the code for the door before arriving despite communication that we would, so we had to reach out to the property manager by phone to receive that. "
