"Staff was super nice, but the coffee maker in my room was missing a piece and my phone could not connect me to the front desk. I also saw no display of the WiFi password anywhere."
"While the room was clean, it had horrible mold odor. We did see spots on the wall by the sink that appeared to be moldy. May not consider staying there as we make our return trip home."
"Our room appeared clean, beds were comfortable. Great amenities. And helpful staff, but the mildew smell was very strong. It was hard to deal with. It turned an otherwise great stay into so-so stay. Not sure if I’d recommend to a friend."
"The rooms are not very nice. The light fixtures were corroded and rusting. The floor was gross! It has crumbs and stains all over. Sheets had hairs on them. A bug in the room.

"The lobby was nice. Great fresh coffee available around the clock. Our room had dead bugs around the walls. Main door to the room wouldn't open easily, drug on the floor. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Had to request a new remote for the TV. Needs some updating."
"This place was disgusting. The 1st room the toilet was clogged. No maintenance till he woke up. The 2nd room we had a plunger to use every other time we flushed the toilet. The pool was so dirty. You could see piles of dirt at the bottom. The floor around the widow had dirt about 2 inches thick."
"When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!"

"While the room was clean and comfortable, the listing said they had a buffet breakfast, when they actually had no breakfast at all. They also advertised HBO and cable, but had nothing but roku tv. Beware of false advertising!"
