"Very clean room, nice and warm as we arrived on a very cold day. I asked them a question and they answered me immediately. Very helpful staff, clean towels, waste baskets emptied. Plenty of coffee and water. Thank you"

Very impressed by how well stocked the house was with things like linens, paper products and kitchen supplies.The only trouble is access. Its built into a hillside so all entries are stairs. We had snow, which we look forward too but outside entries iced up leaving the interior garage stairs. The stairs inside the garage are narrow and steep.
