"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. "Wonderful location - walked to everything we wanted to see. Super clean and secure."

"Staff were fine."
