I've stayed in hostels and cheap stays like this all over the world and this was probably one of the worst in terms of cleanliness. There was a used tissue inside a Lou roll, hair all in the shower, and the room I stayed in was like someone had chain smoked in the room without the window open leaving me coughing all night. The kitchen smelled so bad I can't imagine...

This did not happen, I went to the property, knocked on the door, no-one answered, I rang the owner and left a message, they did not respond, at 9pm that evening I received an email with the details. I had already found and paid for another room. I expect a full refund "

"When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty....

"This is not somewhere I would recommend. It is Self Check in but I had not received the Details (Door Codes) by 7pm (1900) and had to ask for them; although they deny this. On, finally, getting the Codes I arrived to find 2 other Guests struggling to access the Property as the Locks are not easy to use. The Rooms are OK but no Towels were provided and the Bathroom was not in good condition or clean. The Kitchen was ok but that is about as far as it goes. The only positive was the Location; it is...
