"The staff was not helpful with room safe and did not resolve the issue. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, we had to endure the strong smell of dead rodent. The staff were called and acknowledged the odor but only offered that we open the window and gave us air freshener. We were not offered a room change or comp for our inconvenience. do not and will not recommend! "
