"The property location and cleanliness was great. However we had no hot water when we checked in late (and were not informed at check in). We had to ask if it would be fixed and were told no. They were nice about it, but it would have been better to have a heads up."
"The hotel is 2 star rating, it’s kinda clean, old building, 10 min walk to Roma Termini, that’s the good deal.
One staff is sooo rude. He won’t provide us hot water even if I said my husband needs it for taking his medicines. Instead of providing hot water, he hid the water heater which is in the small nook. I won’t go back here."
"The hotel has AC and wifi, lots of hot water and is located conveniently near the Vatican and Tiber River with many nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The area felt safe to walk in even after dark. The property itself commands the approx $175CAD due to its convenient location. The room itself was pretty basic, nothing fancy."
