"Check-in was great, the hotel was nice, room was clean, but the AC never went below 20c (68F), so it blew out warmish air and turned off every couple of hours so I had to keep getting up to turn it back on. I never got to sleep because it was SO hot."

"My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay with Heaven Inn. The room was impeccably clean with welcoming gifts of chocolate and a local liquor. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room had a private patio where we could enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring the charming city if Evora.
