"Expérience très désagréable, ce n’est même pas un hôtel, mais de vieux appartements séparés en chambre (méfiez vous des images, quand je me suis plains du bruit, l’agent d’hôtel me dit que j’étais dans la meilleure chambre de « l’hôtel » et de façon agressive). Très bruyant (6h du matin je me fais réveiller par un agent de l’hôtel qui rentre dans une chambre à côté qui sert de toilettes), personnel peu chaleureux (sauf la femme de ménage très sympa). "Great location but hotel is falling apart. I was bitten by bedbugs. Bed was uncomfortable. Charge you extra if you check-in after 10pm and want cash only. No breakfast option or toiletries."

"The room was clean. I was in a single room at the front of the hotel. I was surprised (don't know why) that it was a single bed, but it was clean and comfortable. I had to leave my room to use the washroom down the hall but that was disclosed during my booking. The toilet didnt alway flush rught away and I had to wait a bit until it would flush but I dont know if that was an issue with the toilet specifically or just how they work in Rome. I was in the front room so there were city street...
