The owners were helpful, friendly, respectful and responded promptly. The room was clean and there were unexpected amenities such as coffee, cold beverages, and snacks. It’s a perfect location with lots of places to eat and nearby shopping. Close to the Vatican. I highly recommend this place to stay on your visit to Rome.

This was a very clean, safe, and well maintained place to stay in Rome. The AC works perfectly, and I had a great time here. Breakfast was included, there are bus stops around the corner that will take you anywhere you need to go, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

The location is good - easy access to metro and many sights/ restaurants are walkable. Coffee/ tea and small selection of breakfast items offered. Room is small, a bit worn, but clean. Some trouble with sink leaking. The host was responsive and tried to fix. On the whole, we recommend.

The room was cleaned daily and the bed was made every day, Everything was super clean and well-kept. Self check-in was very straightforward. We also really appreciated the little snacks left for us, and the fridge in the common area was always stocked with water. The location is a little further from the main tourist attractions, but Prati is a lovely area. The host was also super responsive. Only thing was that the water didn’t drain well while showering.

Great place close to the vatican 10 min, metro and airport bus companys drop off point. Walking time to most sites within 30mins to 1 hour, shops and supermakets close to accomodation. Staff very helpful with good communication via email.

Nearby restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Property is similar to an Airbnb. In a very good area but property is very basic and sometimes noisy due the close proximity of nearby rooms and tenants above.

The room was all we needed and felt clean. Nowhere to place toiletries in the shower but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Daniele was so friendly and really helpful with tips on restaurants etc. the only negative I’d say is that communication was lacking prior to arrival on the property. Otherwise it was a really great stay. I’d recommend!

Our time here was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were close to most of the popular attractions, within walking distance from the Vatican and Colleseum. We also were about a 3 min. walk from the metro station. Really lovely stay!

Great location in a nice neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 minute walk to Spanish Steps. Nice Cafe seconds from the main entrance. Plenty of restaurants, Gelato, and shopping in the area.

The property is in a nice building, room was relatively small., and basic breakfast was available at no additional cost. The location is excellent in a walking distance to the Vatican and restaurants. Danielle was very helpful and courteous and made us feel welcomed.
