"The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance of the Piazza dei Miracoli. My room and bathroom was small but clean and recently refurbished. My only problem was the single bed which was really small and lumpy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden in front was a nice shady oasis with tables, benches and statuary. All in all my one night was a relatively pleasant one and I’d return despite the bed."
"It took us about 8 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the hotel is also perfectly placed with easy access to everything in Lucca.
The room was perfect and we were able to leave our bags at reception while the room was being finished. Would recommend."

"Great location by the see, very convenient living, spacious, well equipped. Amazing staff, super helpful. Things to be aware of: it is a smaller village, so having a car helps as the local options are limited. You also get a sunchair as far back from the sea as humanely possible. I understand this in a high season, but during our visit all other sunbeds were free so it felt like unnecessary lack of good-will. It was a bit weird - there was a lot of good-will with everything else. This was a...
"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
