The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. I also like that it is out of the town and has some lovely restaurants near by. Plus the views are amazing. "Returning customer here. Made Inn stays my No 1 choice in Portimao. It is close to both, train and bus stations, all the shops and restaurants. It is always spotless clean and the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for super comfort, this may not be for you. But if you need a clean and safe place from where you can easily move around the Western Algarve without a car, this is your place."

"The staff were excellent, they saw that I was limping when I came off the transfer and immediately checked and moved me to a ground floor room. I was really impressed! From that point they all were friend and helpful. The room was clean and had a new look about it. Location good, quiet and short walk to the beach. Short Uber ride to old town and lively side of town if you are looking for the nightlife. Happily visit again."

"HI Lagos - Pousada de Juventude is a five-minute walk away from the old center of Lagos. Staff is super helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in town. The hostel is very clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was simple but very good. There are lots of other options in town but most will be more expensive."
