"The Best Inn and suites was the closest and least expensive to my business event. The room was adequate for my needs with mini fridge and microwave. The furniture is dated and well used. Beds were not as firm as i like but slept well. This is a basic no frills hotel close to Knotts berry farm and water park. "

However, we had a bad experience with Vanessa working on the front desk, she hang up the phone on us while we were asking a general question about the Motel policy for check in, and told us we have to call expedia and hang up the phone right away In addition, our room we booked wasn’t available so they had to refund me and make me book directly through Motel 6, what made me lose my benefits when booking with expedia"

"Overall this hotel was in good condition. Clean room, bathroom and beds. There's no early check in, not even 10 min. Master suite is very spacious with a tv, microwave and fridge. I would stay here again. "

"Nice people checking me in. We had little kids so they accommodated us with lower rooms. We had 3 rooms for our extended family. One family found sheets with spots and holes on them from possible old bed bugs. My family knew the signs since they had them before at a hotel and asked to be moved . They were moved to a clean room and no issues. The hotel immediately treated the room just in case. The pool was nice. The kids swam our first night. The breakfast was AMAZING.
