"Air condition was not working at all. There was no stove, kitchen towel was old and dirty."

"The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too."

"Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff"

"The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette with a full size fridge was handy. Unfortunately, there was no washing up liquid or tea towel. The shower was very difficult to use without getting water all over the bathroom due to the size and the curtain. The bathroom could have also benefited from some hooks and bench space. The queen bed was very uncomfortable due to the old mattress that needs to be replaced. The single was very comfortable. Overall, not bad but not...

"I would not recommend this place at all. I actually left one night earlier than planned because I couldn’t sleep due to bugs in the mattress. I was itching all night. The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels. Overall, a...

"It's advertised as Quirky and that's what you get. So, it's not a comfortable room in the fact it is small with basic options. The bed was comfortable thou. We could not get our complimentary breakfast as milk had not been purchased. Unfortunately, we could not wait for it to arrive. Overall, I wont be returning."

"Danny was incredibly helpful"

"Room was very clean. No complaints as our stay was only overnight. Manager very kindly swapped our upstairs room for a ground floor as we are elderly and couldn’t carry our bags up those stairs. There were no issues."

"Overall"

"We had a luxury cabin for three kids and two adults and the kitchen utensils were very comprehensive. The beds and linen excellent. Position of park rather remote from sea etc."

"Spacious sites and tidy surroundings. The personal reception is also pleasant"

"My wife & two daughters had a very pleasant stay staff where very accommodating I would recommend anyone to stay here I’ll definitely be going back"
