"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. As our room had big window to the sun, the room become very hot from late-morning to the late afternoon, 3) The hotel is on the main road which is not show on the main picture - not too much noise, but trucks are there early morning. "Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstraße, ordentliches gerämiges und sauberes Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl (indisch und italienisch) sowie langer Öffnungszeit, preiswert und ganz lecker, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war entgegen der Angabe in der Buchung nicht inbegriffen, aber Cappuccini und Hörnchen gab es für ganz kleines Geld, also kein Problem. Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"Superbe hôtel. Completement rénové et dans un cadre montagnard maginifique. Mais il faudrait juste mettre beaucoup plus en évidence que cet hotel est en pleine montagne et inaccessible en voiture. (Cest indiqué dans le site hotels.com, mais en toute fin du descriptif.) On laisse sa voiture sur un parking en bas d'un téléphérique ... donc ne pas prendre de grosse valise ! Il y a une reception ouverte bien après 18h00. Le personnel est particulierement sympathique. Il y a meme un excellent...
