"hot water not hot enough for shower"

"Staff"

"The hotel was completely out of water! There was no water at all in the rooms. I was told this would be fixed in the afternoon, but when I returned at 8pm it was not. I couldn't even wash my face! Nor flush the toilet!Very unacceptable. We should have been refunded for the night! I mentioned this to the reception but didn't get very far."
