"Very Disappointing Stay – Not What Was Advertised! Where do I begin? I chose this hotel for its location, price, and attractive pictures on Expedia. Unfortunately, I felt like I had been the victim of a bait-and-switch. Nowhere did it mention that the pool and hot tub were out of service. According to the front desk, they’ve been closed for TWO YEARS! Instead of the beautiful blue water shown online, the pool was green. I expected better from a Wyndham property. The room wasn’t much better....

"This property look fine from outside, but the rooms were definitely in need of a refresh."

"My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not available until approximately 8:00 PM. When I asked about the delay, I was told they only had one housekeeper and that there were no rooms available. I explained that the reservation was under my name and asked if I could at least complete the check-in process and have the hotel contact me when the room was ready so that the other people traveling with me could pick...

"The place was clean and the woman at the front desk was welcoming."

"Clean room and nice staff"

"Room appeared to be clean. Not in the best area of town. Staff seemed bothered by the check in process."

"The guy who attended us was very welcoming. Gave us cold water bottles and a extra towel. Very upbeat 👍"

"MUY BIEN TODO, SOLO A EXCEPCION DEL OLOR DE LA HABITACION"

"It was difficult to unlock the door. They did not clean our room, even though I called the office and talked about our room being cleaned while we were gone. There was no soap . . . we had to call the office twice to refill the soap dispenser. There was not a safety handle for the shower. The tub was slippery and the stickers to prevent me from slipping in the tub had worn off. There were two Red Roof motels in Tucson. The address we were given was not the one we had booked. The motel is...

"Good location downtown and walking distance to Congress, pool and gym were nice to have, will stay there again."

"We love staying at the Hampton Inn by the Tucson airport. It’s easy to navigate to different locations in Tucson and the Hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is well organized and satisfying."
