Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. "I was only there a night but used kitchen facilities shower etc all seemed clean and working. I really feel the cold so delighted to find heater in my room if I needed it. Denise was welcoming when I arrived and checked in the next morning with everyone in dining room to check things ok . "
