After I explained the reservation was already made and nothing was mentioned on the app about a deposit. She didnt disagree and gave me the room with no problems. "The description of the hotel is a bit wrong. They don't have a working hot tub or pool. The breakfast options were a bit lacking. The rooms however were super clean, fresh, great shower and the bed was wonderful with NO lumps! If you're traveling, as I was, it makes for a great place to rest for the night. It's also close to several must-see attractions."
