"We were offered a larger room (on the first floor) upon check in. I had inquired about getting a second floor room, but was told that there were non available. We were put in a handicapped accessible room that was not clean. There were whit dog hairs all over the small navy blue sofa. Additionally, there were multiple hairs (human ones) all over the wet bar /counter area & the tub. The shower curtain liner was stained with God know what. There were bars all over the place. I requested a room...

"Robyn was super nice. Had to change from king to two queens. Would totally stay again. Was great place to stay before going to sugarloaf the next day."
