"Definitely needs an update and tidy up in the outside areas. Room was clean and modest."

"Lovely people, clean room but the room was sooooo hot and the towel rail was permanently on. No way of switching it off. The fan in the room was also a bit dodgy with the lead."

"Very friendly staff"

"Two beds provided, can hear the noise next door. It said it was ‘No Smoking’, but the staff could do nothing when the man next door kept smoking!"

"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."

"There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. "Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"In quite a nice, quiet area of Watford, walking distance to the shops. Good onsite parking. Laundry facilities available, and EV charging too (but very expensive.) Indian restaurant and pub underneath, good food and value. I stayed for 2 weeks in a single room. Crudely painted which was unfortunate as it made the room look dated and unkempt (someone has actually painted around a picture hanging on the wall...), when in fact it was actually very clean upon arrival. Cleaners appeared to be in the...
