"Room smelled like dog, had no idea that the hotel was all “pet friendly”- $200 a night was pretty unreasonable for this hotel/location. The dogs were barking in the evening and I thought that having to pay for bottled water was ridiculous. There should be water available for guests that is filtered to fill up bottles- what a disappointment!"

"In-room air conditioning was noisy and constantly kept me away. Smoke detector in room was not attached to ceiling and hanging by electrical wire. Wall paper in bathroom was curling and exposed moldy walls. Bed was heavily concave, adding to the lack of sleep, in addition to causing chest and back pain in the morning. No "do not disturb" door hanger was provided, so house keeping walked in while catching up on lack of sleep. Only positives are that it is more North, so general noise from town...

"Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner."

"The floor had dead bugs on it, the treadmill mill wasn't working and the breakfast selection wasn't very good. The "hot food" sausage and gravy was cold and the orange juice didnt have any flavor to it."

"Nice and clean, I felt very secure knowing I have to use a badge just to get in the building. The continental breakfast was great! Ice machines available nearby. Even though the casino is connected limited hours even though I was told that it was recently purchased. As far as the casino I didn't sit and gamble. Even though I'm a former smoker there is a sign stating no cigar or pipe tobacco but I did see 4 people smoking cigarettes"
