"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived. The home was very clean a few things that cut our eye...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The house was lovely and clean, and the lawn and dock were perfect for getting some sun and watching the ospreys tend their nest. Aaron greeted us and made us feel welcome and responded to the one or two questions we had during our stay. "

"We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well.
