"Absolutely horrible place. Manager is disorganized, rude, & disrespectful. Has HORRIBLE customer service skills. Charged me for 2 rooms that I had originally reserved, only gave me a set of key cards for one room. Fought with me saying that only had one room, regardless if they charged me for two (again like I originally reserved). She eventually was able to figure her crap out however by the time she was able to, her rudeness, disrespectful tone, & horrible customer service made me want to just...

"Rooms were dirty, front desk not helpful, breakfast was abysmal."

"Our baseball team stayed for 6 nights taking up 6 different rooms. Each person I needed help from was wonderful from the front desk staff to the housekeeping department to the staff working the breakfast each morning. Everyone was friendly, personable, and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, the pool some evenings, the handiness of the ice machine and laundry on site, and the proximity of the hotel to Walmart and plenty of restaurants."

I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort.
