"The price we paid for the room did not reflect the quality of the accommodation. The nightly rate was extremely high for what was provided.
As I work in IT, being reachable 24/7 is essential. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the advertised free Wi-Fi; however, it did not work from the time I checked in. I spoke with the guest in the room next to mine, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue.

"Our room was clean and compact. We were late arriving so the heat pump had been put on warm the room for our arrival. There was a large powerful microwave which was great to heat our late supermarket meal. Nice big comfortable bed with comfy pillows. We were given a generous amount of milk in glass bottles which was appreciated. Great room for our short stay 👌"
"Free parking was handy and easy. Had the usual amenities. Had its own infinity gas hot water so water was hot and pressure was high. Very handy being close to the shopping plaza, only 5mins walk. The room was well insulated and stayed at a nice temp. Beds were soft and comfortable.
Room was a bit dated. Was frozen chicken in the freezer which was weird. Towels were stained and ripped but at least they were clean.
If I am honest, I expected more for the price but it was fine for the two nights...

The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime.

"The facility had mould behind the curtains, was dated and dirty. There were toys over the driveway, empty alcohol boxes and we ended up not being able to stay because of the state of the room. We were charged over $400 for the one night and was told we have to go to Expedia to get a refund. Very disappointed! "
