"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. "The staff was incredibly helpful with local transit directions and luggage. One off-duty staff member saw me walking towards the hotel with my two suitcases and provided assistance in reaching the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. "

"You are not allowed a room key if you are staying one night did not say why this meaning they were expecting you to leave your door open if you wanted to go out and there is access off the street to the room so not secure. They are not expecting you and if the bar is busy you will have to wait to get your room parking is limited was full when I got there."

"Excellent location for our day at Hatfield House. Only one drawback was that we had to enter our rooms via the fire escape which had 2 flights of metal stairs which was quite difficult in the rain carrying suitcases. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff were lovely and very professional."

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"A gem of a find . One stop from Wembley. Very friendly and warm welcome from Andy. Comfortable room, quiet location, great shower! An easy walk from the tube and will definitely use again ."

"We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed."
