"Room had a bad odour from the carpet being stained and soaked with water from the bathroom. Radiator was completely off the wall and left lying on the floor. Window was smashed and covered with black duck tape.
Safe to say, me and my 14 year old Son very quickly left and stayed at an alternative hotel near by.

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi.
The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance.
