"Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the hotel is a little older so it has some character. There were two flights of stairs to get up to the reception desk, so if you have mobility issues this would be challenging. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"Great location for going to the LDLC arena for concerts and fairly straight forward to get to from Lyon Saint Exubery airport. Check in was alittle scary as the machine would not recognise my booking but got sorted thanks to the helpline that is situated next to the tablet check in outside. Lovely room, cool working AC and shower. Great space and comfortable. "
