"I am unsure how this location got such great ratings, which I used when choosing where to stay. Upon arrival, the first room they gave me smelled like old musty cigarette smoke. They graciously got me a different room. Upon entering the new room, at night, the light switch at the door did not work and I have to try to find a switch for the lamp so I could even see in the room. Then the electronic lock on the door did not function properly either. The room did not have the cleanest feel to it....

"The room was very good and nicely updated with a modern feel for the price. The location was good for the local venues and also not too far of a walk to restaurants."

"Muy buena estancia"

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Scottsdale. We stayed here quite often. The staff is helpful considerate and the room is nice and clean. The only suggestion I would make is that the air conditioner continue to run when you’re sleeping. It’s frustrating to wake up because it is I assume activated by moving around and when you don’t move around, it doesn’t run so you wake up hot in the middle of the night that is my only complaint about the hotel. Great location definitely will be...

"The elevators do not work. The bathroom was filthy. They don’t have streaming services. The shuttle to the airport was 15 minutes behind schedule. When I asked if they could look into it, the desk person told me “it’ll get here when it gets here.”"

"It was lame"

"Staff was great. AC was noisy."
