"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning."
