"Loved the old building. The restaurant staff(( 2 young men) were very good. The food was great too.
Liked the room. Clean and comfortable bed, good shower, not enough clothes storage.
Not happy with my check in experience and the way it was dealt with. 40minutes wasted hanging about waiting.
Fire alarm in the night. A fault in the system.No-one on premises to sort it out. Fire brigade came. We were outside an hour."
"Shower . Temperature control not working. Water temperature far too hot. Not able to turn control nob to cool down temperature
Also t.v. Hand set working intermittently could be battery needs replacing
Couldn’t find anyone to complain to"
"I’ve been staying for one night or more for the last ten years. I mostly stay in the ‘basic’ single rooms. A bed, floor to ceiling cupboard, a sink, desk/chair, tea/coffee stuff, and an easy chair to relax on. The toilet and shower room are both within close proximity. These rooms are set up for people staying for courses so are pretty comfy really. Breakfast is included in the price and is self-serve buffet. Either a cooked meal, pastries, juices, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and sometimes...
"Wow, what a great find, Blue room was amazing, quiet and comfortable, our host was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast this morning fresh and really top class. Can't find any faults will definitely stay again"
"Excellent location.
Beautiful apartment,
No communication when I was asking for wifi password as the TV was not working properly could not find the wi fi router, definitely not in the apartment. Just wanted to watch the final of the world Cup , went to the local pub instead The Goddard brilliant friendly pub.
The bedroom next to the bathroom part of the carpet was always wet after shower needs attention ASAP looks like a long term problem.
Apart from that its beautiful clean , would stay...
"The staff were great and friendly, food was really good, especially the breakfast. The bedroom was really comfortable and the bed, pillows etc excellent.
Stair carpets are tired and stained which gives a negative impression, could be rectified at not too much cost.
Loved the atmosphere, would stay again"
