"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. We had both a bathroom in our accommodation, and the public bathrooms available for use which was super helpful. "As soon as we stepped onto the boat we were greeted with a big smile from the wonderful Manager of Naqalia Lodge. Everyone there made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. There were two rules at Naqalia Lodge: 1. Eat as much as you can and 2. Wake up every day with a happy face.
