"Beware. The first photo paints a brighter picture than the reality, which is a courtyard at the back of a standard drinkers pub , which would never be described as warm and cosy. Despite the photo, the courtyard is full of wooden benches and a temporary structure for smokers. It's a simple bed and breakfast that is clean and if priced accordingly would be OK. Despite having to go through the pub the room was quiet. But it is not priced accordingly. I wouldn't recommend or stay again."

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"Communication with the owners was difficult as they failed to respond to messages promptly in regards to booking a parking space at an additional cost, and the instructions to access the parking were very late in arriving and had to be chased up several times. On arrival, trying to find the correct lock box was a nightmare with so many lock boxes, at least 3 were labelled the same but thankfully we eventually got the apartment keys and the remote for the car park barrier.
