"We have stayed at your hotel for years, then it started to get run-down. New owners a few years ago brought it back to to an excellent level. This stay I notice it deteriorating in small ways, the carpet on the 3rd. floor hallway needs shampooing, the elevator wall have old frame screw holes which need covered, even a mirror or framed print would do. to cover them"

"The only disappointment: I booked & paid for a room with 1 queen bed & got a room with 1 double bed! Unfortunately, they had no other options & it was 10 pm so we managed since it was only 1 night. We do like this property. We stay at least once a year. The folks are nice, the rooms are clean, there is plenty of hot water, & the beds are comfy. The tiny bed this time was disappointing, but at least it was comfy."

"Room coffee maker was moldy and unusable. Expedia website showed a small continental breakfast but when we got there they told us it was discontinued. But in general the place was fine in all other aspects. "
