The friendliest people, the most convenient location, the cleanest property in the area. I go to the salmon river every year and this was by far the best stay I’ve had. I’ll be staying here again next year!

We had a great experience at Golden Pond in Altmar! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and everything was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the great selection of snacks and coffee—perfect before heading out for a day of fishing. The location is very convenient and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The cabin was incredibly clean, spotless. Really nice, comfortable, warm, accessible and overall pretty flawless. I will absolutely stay there again on our next fishing trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was unbeatable as well.

Nice clean rooms . Staff was great! Showed me to my room. If you’re looking for a great place to sleep after a long day fishing or snowmobiling this is it. Only downside was no microwave in the room.
