"Our stay here was phenomenal! Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spotless with great AC, hot water, a TV for Netflix/YouTube, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the town.
The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Parque Central, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Copán Ruins and Macaw Mountain are about a 20–25 minute walk or a US$2 tuk-tuk ride away.
The owner was incredibly kind and always available. After our visit to Luna Jaguar Hot Springs, she even brought us extra towels...
"Beautiful little hotel. Staff were all very pleasant. I would’ve given 5 stars for everything, except the first night the power went out and it took around 20-25 minutes for them to start the generator. Highly recommend this place to anyone, parking is the only thing that’s difficult. "

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."

"Según la reserva hecha por este medio, debían ser dos habitaciones dobles pero al llegar al establecimiento nos dijeron que eran una habitación doble y una sencilla. Cabe resaltar que también hubo algún tipo de confusión con el costo ya que la aplicación me daba un total y al momento de cancelar en el establecimiento, se me hizo un cobro más alto.
Lo que si me gusto es que ellos tuvieron disponibilidad para adicionar una noche para ambas habitaciones y nos resolvieron rápido en ese aspecto."
"While checking on the hotel I was told to pay cash when my booking was clearly set with credit card. I had to go to a bank and withdraw cash and pay for a fee because of that. In general the service was good but then again I was expecting breakfast at 7am and personnel arrived to kitchen at 720am, we ended up 45minutes late for our trip of the day. Those small details made me angry"
