"The room was clean the lobby waiting area needed to be vacuum everyday that we waited on the shuttle the same crumbs were on the floor until I checked out 4 days later. The staff was extremely nice and helpful."

The bathroom walls had hair on them and the tub was very discolored. The hot tub wasn't too hot. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didn't offer much. I was grateful for the coffee. The AC worked very well and the shower offered hot water. No fridge or microwave or much counter space if traveling with more than 1 person."

"We arrived to the property to discover that we were on the third floor and the elevator was not functioning pending an inspection. This is a very dated property and the owners have slapped a lot of paint around in an effort to disguise it's advanced age. There were new(er) laminate floors in the rooms and some nice tile in the restrooms, but these even had drops of paint on them, showing a lack of care in "slopping" "lipstick on the pig." We experienced a lot of noise form the floor above,...

"The room is so clean, breakfast is so good the hotel is so close to Mall of America and the staff were so friendly and helpful they even kept our lagagge after we checked out, I would go again."
