"The parking was horrible. They had the back parking lot closed. Yet they continued to assign customers to the rooms back there. So we had to walk with all our belongings to get to our rooms. The room was not very clean. A freaking baby roach walked across the counter as soon as I got in my room. The room had no microwave or refrigerator. They wouldn't change my room because I booked with Expedia. The ice machine was broken all weekend. The lied to me at check in, saying they had ice behind...
