We asked a couple days ahead of staying if we could check in early since our flight was arriving early. Front desk lacked communication with one another but all got cleared up and we got a very nice room and the bed was so comfortable!"

"The only thing that wasn’t already in the room were the towels. We went to front desk and they were very nice about giving us towels. Not really a problem . The staff are really nice. Should have fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Breakfast could be bumped up a notch. Otherwise everything good. Thank you"

Our room was clean, breakfast was good and the receptionist at check out was giving tips to other guests where to check out in the area for kid fun. She was had a kind and bubbly voice and sense to her. This was one of our best stays at IHG over the last 2wks and 4 locations. Keep your great employees, they make the difference! "
