"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I arrived, there were problems. The cable TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it difficult to use the internet."

"Good location. Close to Pier and downtown South Portland"

"El personal fue amable al llegar. El lugar es cómodo y limpio"

"Hôtel au top"

"When we walked in our Bathroom door it was hard to open there was condensation on the top part on the door and ceiling. the tub didn’t stop dripping at all even with it off. One of the bed had a stain on the sheet."

"It’s okay for a one night stay"

"My room was definitely outdated. There was a hair (not mine) in the bathtub. The bed was super rough. Not very comfy night sleep. The arm lounge chair in my room was covered in stains. But I guess that's what you'd expect from an airport adjacent hotel. Not sure i would stay here again."

"All brand new and done very nicely. Great breakfast!"
