"We have stayed at the Microtel over the past 5 years while visiting our daughter in college. We have stayed in the suites and really enjoyed them. While we appreciate the upgrades to the rooms, they are not nearly as user friendly. There is no sink space in bathroom, no racks to put a suitcase on and the closet is weird setup. We miss the drawers to put clothes in. We liked the separation of the counter cupboard area and the little 2 people table in the old set up. The new couches are very strange material and not comfortable. Felt like a pre-k room with the layout and look. Just our opinions. The front desk staff is always amazing and should be noted, super friendly and welcoming."

"When checking in I had to wait 10 minutes as the attendant was upstairs tending to a room apparently with no signage stating that there was no one there at that time. So i was yelling "HELLO" waiting for someone to either answer me or show up."
