"Where do I start. Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. Water backs up in the shower stall. The bed linens looked like they were borrowed out of the Crimean war. I was served rotten fish in the onsite restaurant and was still charged for it. While the hotel is located on the main road it was not easy to be located due to poor signage. The stairs and hallway is poorly...

"Wow! This place is great! If you are looking for beauty, nature, personal service and a little off the beaten path (and Negril is well beaten!) this is the place for you. This little gem on Little Bay, about 1/2 hour from Negril and 1.5 hours from the airport. The 2bdrm/ 1 bath sits right on the beach with a quiet bay out front, where you can swim and snorkel right outside your door. The nearby town is very small but living with the locals is so much more fun then the mob scene on 7 mile...

"The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. There was no tv remote and no iron each surafce from the windows to the cupboard were dusty and the one towel provided was discoloured . It absolutely was not worth 100 a night "
