The manager, Ms. Yan was awesome from the start, sending a message soon after my initial booking, meeting me upon and arrival, advising me on hiking, and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. And Ms Yang the Chef was excellent. She really takes pride in her food and cooks both Western and Chinese very well. Highly recommended, especially because of the staff and location in beautiful Moganshan National...

"The friendly Chinese-speaking staff tried very hard to make our stay at this hotel a good experience. Unfortunately they only had 1 English speaking employee on staff at the front desk during the day, and 1 at night, so every time we tried to communicate, that one person had to be called in to talk to us. Otherwise, their dinner buffet was exceptional, the room air conditioning worked well (important for the hot mid June days/nights), the location was good, and we received a free room upgrade...

"service is amazing. one time both our room entrance cards didn t work and an employee was around the corner to take them to the front desk for us and then brought back the cards to our room after. we feel very safe in the hotel. one time it was raining and we passed by an employee outside who offered his umbrella to us."
