"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"This is great bang for your buck! Simple accommodations but clean and with everything you need, central location in a beautiful quiet town, lots of great local food walking distance away, and beautiful secluded beaches across the road. Would definitely recommend! "

"I have mixed feelings about this accommodation. It feels a bit run down, the room has bad lighting so feels dark and more dated than it probably is. But the room was sizeable and looked clean (although it turned out that the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly but the manager rectified it at least partially). The manager was nice but the rest of the staff was not very attentive (even though we speak some Spanish so could communicate). The nature around the property was really nice but the road...
