"Ver poor house cleaning and maintenance. Issues with the 1st and 2nd rooms: 1st floor rooms with windows looking out on the parking lot, flood lights pointed at the building and curtains that would not stay closed and did nothing to block the light over the top of them, meaning the room stayed bright 24/7; floors neither swept nor mopped with obvious spills not cleaned up; safety latch missing the piece on the door, so could not be bolted; no plug in the sink, so one looked straight down the...
"Room and common areas were clean, breakfast was good but the AC was broken. It was late when I realized it and didn’t want to pack up and move rooms, thankful for a travel fan."
"Only the fat man who was in the early morning is not fit to be able to be in very arrogant customer service, they will lose many customers for him. He got angry because he picked up some forks so he could eat"
"This property feels outdated to me for the price we paid, but the bed was good, shower was good, the breakfast was outstanding for a hotel breakfast included with the stay. We had requested an accessible room when we reserved, but were given a room with a tub and shower. One of us cannot step into a tub so that wasn't helpful. And we were not informed they didn't have a walk-in shower available. Not a deal breaker for an overnight stay, but we should have been informed at the desk."
"Well went through expedia.com GOT to hotel no rooms and no one told me check i was at 3pm I drove 749 miles could not wait to get in my room but no rolled in at 11 am Sunday she told me check in was not tell 3pm so I sleep in my car and you crazy people charged my card to me I am very pissed of"
"Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for."
"Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it.
Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again."
"The hotel looked like a it was being demolished. Hallways smelled like a combination of smoke and urine. Bedsheets had cigarette burns. Do not recommend!!!"
"I want a refund. We couldn’t even stay in this hotel. There were crackheads in our first room. The 2nd room had piss stains on the toilet and the 3rd room looked like a murder scene"
