"It was a quiet and calm environment, and super cozy. I love the old victorian setting while still feeling fresh, clean, and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and super convenient - we lucked out with their first come, first serve spots. Needing to stay here for my dad's outpatient procedure across the street made it a very stress free experience. "

"The room was modern and clean with a great view of Miller Lake. Unfortunately I did the self check-in, in the dark with rain pouring down and couldn't locate the property for 20 minutes. Lighting on the signage or street number is recommended. A bit of a game-changer that sticks with me is that they don't use a top sheet. I get that people do this at home, but not for guest-use....eew!"

"There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there.
