"This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. "Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating.

"It is a simple hotel, with basic amenities, close to the main railway station, in a noisy location. The room was clean, but very hot. The shared bathroom was ok (since there are only three rooms on each floor, it was always available when we needed it). There is a kitchen on the main floor, but thy keep the fridge locked when staff is not on site (3pm to 7am). All in all an ok place, but very basic."
