"The property was well situated in close proximity to downtown. I found the location easily and had no issues with parking. I appreciated that there was a designated parking spot (keep in mind that there could be street parking available if you have more than. one care in your party). The unit itself was perfect for my mother and I. We appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms which is always a plus while traveling. The kitchen was appointed perfectly with all of the tools and gadgets...

We arrived at the unit, called the phone number provided and I was told they had no reservation for me and that they didn’t even manage that property. I called hotels.com. They had no information either tent credit card was charged and the number the credit card company gave me to call was the same phone number. It was a mess. It was cold, dark, raining, 3 hours from home with a crying baby. I ended up booking...
