"We arrived at the hotel and we got shouted at by the person at the desk’s that we were too early to check in. We pleaded to leave our luggage as we have been travelling other countries. We were told in a passive aggressive way that there was no room to leave any luggage etc. After a while , there was a humanity in this person and let us leave the luggage in the hallway somewhere. "Das Premier Inn liegt sehr zentral, mit mehreren U-Bahn-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings hätte ich mir trotz der drei Sterne einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Safe im Zimmer gewünscht. Auch eine Kofferwaage im Hotel wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen, leider gab es diese trotz Nachfrage nicht. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden."

"Convenient. Bathroom was great. Beds a bit basic. The cleaner forgot to replace our towels one day and that was super annoying having nothing to dry with! Supermarket a few steps away. Dining options close by. Big Westfield up the road. Reception lady was super helpful but not there 24/7. Would use it again."
