"Came to the area to evacuate from hurricane Isaias; the front door said that there were no vacancies and that the rooms were booked. I wound up getting a room here on Expedia and the front desk. Girl looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had a reservation. I almost didn’t believe that it went through because she was certain that there were no availabilities they did let me check in early, but the room was nasty. There was garbage still in the trash cans; had a maintenance person, some sort...

"This hotel is excellent—if I could give it an even higher rating, I would. The staff is incredibly friendly; I don’t have the words to describe the excellent service and kindness of the lady who manages the breakfast area. The rooms are spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable—in short, this hotel is highly recommended. It is also conveniently located near I-75, with restaurants, shops, and gas stations close by for maximum convenience."

"😌"

"Good breakfast, clean quiet room...BUT ...the advertised on site restaurant was not there “we’ve never had one”. I’m beginning to wonder if the problem might be with Expedia. This latest trip was three nights and two out of three of the lodgings that we booked were advertised by Expedia as having on site restaurants which were non existent . Expedia should review the accuracy of its information, since it is unlikely that a facility would report an on site restaurant when they’ve never had one. I...

"Location and pricing"

"The staff were friendly enough, parking was plentiful and the place was quiet and seemed safe. There were plenty of restaurants close by and it was very close to Wild Adventures. On the down side there was stray hairs on the toilet, in the fridge and on the night stand. The bathroom floor and tub did not look very clean and there was no body wash provided, only bar soap and two bottles of shampoo. I skipped taking a shower for the one night I was there and waited until I got home to shower...

"Better than expected..worth the price"

"Staff was wonderful, Ms Lily, Ms Julia, Ms Gloria, very nice and helpful .Parking was great 👍👍👍"

"Clean room"

"The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals."

"Traveling for a family event in the area. Staff was ok. Room was barely adequate, very run down. Tub wasnt the cleanest and very dingy and old. What was horrible was the room next to me had two large dogs who barked alot and the occupants came in after midnight they were extremely loud, dogs barking, yelling, banging doors it kept me up most of the night both nights. Then I attempted to have breakfast on Saturday and they were out of mostly everything at 9:15 They opened at 9. Would not stay...

"Where to start. Ok, booked this room for one night for my son in law to shelter from the hurricane away from the beach. He got there around 6 pm. The person at the desk spoke no English and had no clue how to process his Expedia reservation. Finally called someone who managed to get him checked in. He got his key and went to get something to eat. Came back walked into the room and it was all down hill after that. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. No bottom sheet on the bed. No toilet...

"They canceled my reservation while I was cruising. It was a last minute scramble to find a place half way home after we docked."
