"This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my lifetime and I have traveled the world. The place was just nasty, and the pictures online were very deceptive because this hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. There were bullet holes in the walls, a huge rust spot in the floor of the bathtub that looked like if you stepped on it you would get poisoned. The shower curtain was filthy, and the TV was about to fall off the wall. The front door wouldn't close all the way...

"I stayed at Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Selection with my son, and unfortunately the room fell well below expected standards. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were so dirty that after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. It quickly became clear that housekeeping had missed more than a few key steps. The shower was another challenge. It was partially broken and made showering feel like a test of patience rather than a basic amenity. Add to that...

"This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!"
